Description

Refurbishment of Air Handling Units at Ben Taub Hospital Phase III for the Harris County Hospital District dba Harris Health System. This project includes a phased refurbishment to a total of ten (10) main air handling units serving Ben Taub Hospital: four (4) main heating/ return air handling units AHU-B-1B, AHU-B-2B, AHU-B-3B, and AHU-B-4B located within the Basement Equipment Room; three (3) main heating/ return air handling units AHU-P-1B, AHU-P-2B, and AHU-P-3B located within the Penthouse; and three (3) cooling units AHU-P-1A, AHU-P-2A, and AHU-P-3A, also located within the Penthouse. The work shall be substantially complete within eight hundred and fifty-one (851) calendar days after the date the contract time commences.
