| Description | Furnishing of labor, material, and equipment to conduct a complete roofing removal and replacement consisting of mechanically fastened roofing insulation, roof drains, recover board, TPO membrane roofing and coping, temporary removal and installation of existing roof top equipment. Scope of work will address pressure cleaning of the existing precast concrete fascia panels. The roof replacement will include Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical Contractors to support the new roof and reinstallation of roof top equipment. All work to be per the project drawings and specifications. |
