Primary items of work include construction of a concession building, approximately 1,300 square feet and associated utilities. Alternates to include a 20'x20' storage building, field scoreboards and batting cages at the site of the West Lauderdale Youth Association Ballfields Each bidder must include with his bid, security in the amount equal to 5% of the total bid. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period within 30 days The Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County, MS reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board of Supervisors of Lauderdale County.
