DFCM Construction VBS Commissioning - University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute Translational Research Building Envelope Commissioning The services of this solicitation include, but are not limited to, providing design consultation, site observations, functional performance tests and other activities required for the commissioning of building enclosure systems. The selection of the commissioning consultant shall be under the Value Based Selection method.
