Summary of Work: Concrete: Grading, compacting subgrade, forming, pouring, finishing, saw-cutting, protecting a new concrete sidewalk. Transitioning side slopes for landscaping less than 4:1 slope Fencing: Install 8x8 x 6'high black chain link fence with a gate on the east side. Install Cedar 2 rail - split rail fence Landscaping: Install mulch, topsoil, seeding, fine grading.
