THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION, OR BID, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District has a requirement for a modular office building. The location of installation is Bonneville Lock and Dam, located in Multnomah County, Oregon. The Contractor must perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the completion of work. Attached to this announcement is criteria needed to verify a contractor's capability to provide a modular office building. The ability of Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (including 8(a) firms), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZone) Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) (including Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB)) to meet these requirements is important in determining our strategy. The response of large business vendors is important to verify the availability of competition for this work.
