Replacing Exterior Doors and Bathroom Partitions At Camp Fretterd Readiness Center

The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies required for the replacing of exterior doors and jambs with new metal jambs, doors with sidelight and hardware. Work is to also include replacement of existing Bathroom partitions at various locations within the facility at Camp Fretterd. All Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. This solicitation is for Small Business Reserve only. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes The following bonds are required if the Contract Amount, including Unit Prices, Allowances and Alternates as applicable, is in excess of $100,000.00 1) Bid Bond in the amount of 5% 2) Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the start date of the contract.
