Lift Station 93 Rehabilitation

The work may include construction, removal and replacement of, but not limited to, the following: The rehabilitation of the lift station consists of the base repair, installation of a base plate, lining of the wet well, replacement of pump pedestals, rails, discharge piping, and related appurtenances. Rails and discharge piping will be schedule 40, 316, stainless steel with the exception of reducer which is to be ductile iron with a 12-mil epoxy coating on the inner surface. Minimum Contractor Qualifications: The Contractor must have experience in lift station rehabilitation and be licensed to do so. - Contractor will provide three (3) references for lift station rehabilitation completed in the last two (2) years. - The City of Palm Bay may not be used as a reference. - Contractor will provide underground contractor license number with their submittal.
