Description

The Clarcona Horse Ride Cover project consists of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) designed on concrete pedestals and featuring led lighting. The general foundation will be a spread footing. The 'open-air' pre-engineered metal building will be approximately 30 ft high at its peak and 20 ft tall at its low point; 275 ft long by 165ft wide. The project will also include the expansion of storm water retention pond system.
