Box 1089 Port Arthur, TX 77641 clifton.williams@portarthurtx.gov This Contract will terminate approximately twelve (12) months from the date of execution with the option to renew two (2) additional one year periods. The City can terminate this contract at its convenience which includes, but not limited to, funding being available in any budget cycle with thirty (30) days written notice. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids and to make no award if it deems such action to be in its best interest. |
