Central Oregon Unit Training Equipment Site (Coutes) Domestic Water Well and Supportive Infrastructure

The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for the Central Oregon Unit Training Equipment Site (COUTES) Domestic Water Well and supportive infrastructure for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents The work in general consists of providing all material, labor, and equipment necessary to install a new domestic water well, supportive infrastructure and decommission existing well per the scope of work, plans, and specifications This Project is anticipated to be funded with State and federal funds. Award is dependent upon OMD's receipt of sufficient Project funding The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $288,000 - $368,000. Offers will not be accepted after the Closing date and time stated on page one (1) of this ITB or as may be extended by any subsequently issued Addenda. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in rejection of the Offer. Offers must be submitted in sealed PACKAGES OR ENVELOPES.
