| Description | Work Locations: 1. Fire Station 12 - 7541 Hull Street Road, Chesterfield, VA 23235 2. Fire Station 12 - 21200 Chesterfield Avenue South, Chesterfield, VA 23803 1. Project generally consists of (includes but is not limited to) replacing the kitchen range hood with a Type I range hood with fire suppression and a gas fired make up air unit. 1. Provision of new roof penetrations at Station 12 for the kitchen exhaust fan and kitchen make up air unit. 2. Provision of new wall penetrations at Station 2 for ductwork for the kitchen exhaust fan and kitchen make up air unit. 3. The project includes other demolition and alteration work related and ancillary to the above, for a complete and useable end-product. |
