Print Shop Roof Replacement

The scope of this project is for the complete asphalt shingle and rolled roofing replacement. 1. Contractor will be responsible for removing existing roofing materials and providing and installing all new shingles and rolled roofing materials on the building at the location shown above. This will include but not be limited to all associated labor, materials, and equipment. It is the contractors responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per the project documents provided. 2. The built-up roof on the concrete storage building attached to the southeast is not included in this bid request. 3. If there are any conditions that differ from the provided documents, it is the contractor responsibility to immediately notify the County project manager.
