The Project Being Situated as Follows: From a Point Approximately 475 Feet Northeast of Barnes Road at Segment 0030 Offset 0891 (Station 63+75.00) to a Point Approximately 70 Feet South of Shearer Road at Segment 0040 Offset 2932 (Station 103+50.00).
