Ting Stadium Structure and Drainage Repair

Provide concrete and drainage repair services at Ting Park Stadium. The purpose of the project is to install the recommended repairs as detailed in the Technical Memorandum to prevent the existing conditions from potentially becoming future structural issues and to reduce the areas of leakage. The scope of services is separated into three areas; the concourse, stadium seating and the club house. This work includes but is not limited to: 1. Removal of pavement coating. Repair slab cracks. Install repair products. 2. Repair the joints between walls and stairs and install waterproofing products. 3. Removal of existing expansion joint material. Install new expansion joint material and caulk/seal the joint. 4. Repair leaks. 5. Painting. Concrete repair work to conform as applicable to ACI 306 for cold weather concrete pours and curing. Repairs must be consistent and compatible with Town of Holly Springs standards and regulations. Interested firms must have demonstrated experience in concrete and drainage repair.
