Work generally includes Concrete path with ADA access, New Playground and Fitness Course, Installation of Basketball court and Sutu Wall. Project Description: The project for which Bids are being accepted consists of improvements, and two alternates: 1. OSLAD Improvements: a. Demolition and removal and delivery of the existing playground equipment, playground curbing to the Owner, and demolition, removal and disposal of the existing concrete paths; playground path, horseshoe pits, and shelter sidewalk; b. Construction of new concrete sidewalk, construction of playground area, fitness area and associated excavation, sidewalk, curbing, and drainage system (playground equipment and fitness equipment will be purchased and installed by the Owner); and c. Construction of a horseshoe pits, picnic table, benches, associated concrete path and drainage system. d. Renovation of t-ball backstop concrete paving 2. Alternates: a. Alternate 1: Expand east path to 8’ wide concrete b. Alternate 2: Expand south path to 8’ wide concrete
