Description

The Town of Elkton is seeking an experienced design-build contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a community center, inclusive of a building, parking lot, access road, installation of utilities, stormwater management, and related site work. The building should not exceed 20,000 square feet and shall contain a gymnasium with space designed for and equipped as a basketball court that can be adapted to provide two (2) youth basketball courts, along with activity rooms, office space for the Department of Parks & Recreation staff, storage and other essential rooms. The building, including the parking lot and related work, will be constructed on a 2.38-acre parcel located behind the George Washington Carver Education Leadership Center, 201 Booth Street, Elkton, Maryland.
