Description

General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Marlborough Community Development Authority. The Marlborough Community Development Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Community Building Renovations in Marlborough, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Nault Architects Inc. The Project consists of: Interior accessibility renovations including reconfiguration of the toilet rooms, laundry rooms and the main community room and all related finished. Exterior renovations include replacement of select windows, doors, trim, repair of damaged cladding, brick repointing and replacement of the membrane roof.
