Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Abington Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. All prospective bidders are hereby notified that this project is subject to PA Prevailing Wages determined for the project as set forth in the Contract Documents.
