Consulting Engineering Services

The RFQ is being released by the I-Bank to obtain proposals to pre-qualify two pools of engineering firms to provide consulting environmental and engineering services for 1) comprehensive assessments of a public water facilitys fiscal condition including the rate structure, the design of water systems and their components and 2) technical and engineering design review and construction management review for all types of transportation systems and their components. 1. The objective of Pool 1 is to establish a pool of qualified firms to provide assessments of a public water facilitys fiscal condition including the rate structure, the design of water systems and their components (hereafter Water Engineering Services) to conduct comprehensive assessments of a public water systems fiscal condition and inventory of asset optimization opportunities and valuation. 2. The objective of Pool 2 is to establish a pool of qualified firms to provide dedicated technical and engineering design review and construction management review (hereafter Transportation Engineering Services) for all types of Transportation projects. The Contractor(s) shall provide third-party technical and engineering oversight in the areas of environmental, engineering, and requisition reviews based on professional engineering standards as well as the I-Bank checklists and standards. These functions may be performed in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and/or the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
