Reference Number 0000327305 General Construction: The work shall include providing all labor, materials and equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental for the removal and replacement of the EPDM roof and insulation, exterior doors, storefronts, windows and awnings, repair and resurfacing of the exterior foundation, removal of brick veneer and EIFS facades with installation of fiber cement paneling systems, and interior improvements to the Board Room and adjacent open office spaces, as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
