4th Street Parking Lot Sealcoat and Re-Stripe

To Sealcoat & Re-stripe the 4th Street parking lot at our Tahlequah Corporate Office, 1421 Wildcat Lane, Tahlequah, OK 74464. Scope of Work for 4th ST. Corp. Offices Parking Lot Sealcoat & Re-stripe: 1.) Clean parking lot of all debris (trash, dirt, leaves etc.) with blower or vacuum. 2.) Treat or clean all spots from vehicle leaks. 3.) Prep and fill all cracks with approved sealant. 4.) Apply a minimum of 2 coats asphalt sealant blended with silica sand. 5.) Restripe parking stalls and handicap areas (per ADA) 6.) Contractor is responsible to clean up after work is completed (including overspray around edges). Time frame and scheduling will be determined at pre-bid meeting.
