Description

Work to include but not be limited to: Removal and replacement of 19 Air Handling Units throughout the facility. Four of the units shall be converted from steam to hot water heating, by providing a new heat exchanger, trim and pumping system. Controls for each unit shall be replaced. Removal of four roof mounted condensing units and extending the existing Chilled water system to serve four of the replacement AHU' s. Work shall also include all electrical work associated with the removal and replacement of the units, and integration to the existing fire alarm system.
