Fish Point Road (CSAH 44 to TH 13) Reconstruction Project - Phase 2 - Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Landscaping (Retaining Walls), Sewer and Water Construction, Stormwater Improvements, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Retaining Walls, Utility Street Construction and Excavation The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 13,700 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 7,900 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 14,600 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 8,800 C Y Select Granular Embankment (CV) 3,000 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 1,500 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) 1,200 L F 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 1,800 L F 15" RCP Storm Sewer 3,100 L F 8" PVC Watermain 700 L F Lining Sewer Pipe - 8" 8,200 S F Modular Block Retaining Wall (Precast Big Block) The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Prior Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 15, 2023 ; final completion- on or before October 31, 2023
