WWTP Generator Platform and LS Mods

Scope of Work: 1. Installing a galvanized steel platform structure. 2. Removing and replacing the existing lift station pumps with dry-pit submersible pumps. 3. Removing and replacing the existing lift station sump pumps. 4. Removing, replacing, and adjusting lift station piping and fittings, as directed by Engineer. 5. Surface preparation and coating of all pipes, valves, and fittings in dry well. 6. Bypass pumping. 7. Relocate water meters, as directed by the Engineer. 8. Demolition of existing customer service pole and rack, lift station control panel, lift station transformer, generator battery charger, gas detection system, interior lighting, and exterior platform flood lighting as described in specifications and plans. 9. Furnish and install new 950 gallon sub base tank, generator/ats relocation from warehouse and installation on elevated platform as necessary for a complete and functional system as described in specifications and plans. 10. Furnish and install lift station control panel and all appurtenances, new incoming service rack, electrical equipment rack, lighting, receptacles, cable tray, conductors, conduits, and modifications to existing conduits and panelboard circuitry as necessary for a complete and functional system as described in specifications and plans. 11. Site restoration, including removing and replacing concrete pavement and subgrade, damaged access drive, turf, plants, shrubs, and trees, as required.
