Renovations and Refurbishments to Two (2) Bathrooms

Basic Requirements - Bathroom #1 and Bathroom #2 - Remove existing tub/shower base - Inspect and treat any mold - Reinforce or repair any damaged studs that are accessible - Replace trap and drain - Use Propress or similar technology where possible to keep house safe - New water lines from floor to shower arm - Supply and install scald guard faucet with internal shut-offs per code - Custom cut and install new sub-floor (if needed) and Densarmor plus or similar moisture resistant substrate on walls - Spackle, prep and paint, colors chosen by owner Bathroom #1 • Remove existing shower floor and entire bathroom floor • Remove existing toilet and reseat after renovation • Inspect existing floor and shower drains for integrity • Supply and install water-tight shower/floor system in shower and throughout bathroom • Supply and install new solid core door and trim with hardware • Retile shower stall and entire bathroom floor with standard ceramic tile • Remove and dispose all waste Bathroom #2 – complete renovation and ADA compliance • Gut complete bathroom • Supply and install all plumbing and electric per code • Install exhaust fan wired to shower light • Supply and install lights in shower, main bathroom area and over vanity • Supply and install ADA toilet with grab bars, toilet paper holder and towel bars • Supply and install ADA Sink and Mirror • Supply and install solid core door, trim and hardware • Supply and install water-tight mud floor shower/floor system from shower stall throughout bathroom floor • Supply and install proper insulation on exterior walls and waterproof sheetrock throughout the bathroom • Spackle, prep and paint; install all trim • Install ceramic tile from shower stall throughout bathroom and 48” around perimeter of walls (approximately $5 per square foot allowance) • Remove and dispose all waste
