Weaver House Porch Rehabilitation

1. FIRST FLOOR PORCH & ENTRY LANDING COLUMN BASES: Temporary support porch roof. Replace 10 decoratively-wrapped structural column bases with primed, exterior-rated materials, keeping with existing details. Proposal to specify materials used. 2. FIRST FLOOR PRORCH & ENTRY LANDING RAILINGS: Replace approximately 60 linear feet of railing system with primed, exterior-rated materials, keeping with existing details. Proposal to specify materials used, and allows for the reuse of structurally sound components. 3. FIRST FLOOR PORCH DECK TRIM: Replace approximately 50 linear feet of porch deck perimeter nosing and skirt trim with primed, exterior-rated materials, keeping with existing details. Proposal to specify materials used. 4. FIRST FLOOR PORCH LATTICE: Replace approximately 50 linear feet of porch lattice with primed, exterior-rated materials, keeping with existing details. Proposal to specify materials used. 5. SECOND FLOOR PORCH RAILING: Replace approximately 50 linear feet of railing system with primed, exterior-rated materials, keeping with existing details. Proposal to specify materials used, and allows for the reuse of structurally sound components. 6. PORCH EPDM ROOF: Remove existing porch EDPDM roof. Install manufacturer’s approved underlayment board, install 60 mil EPDM single ply membrane with adhesive per manufacturer’s specs. All membrane flashing, metal flashings and counter flash cones, as well as installation procedure to follow manufacturer’s specs. Furnish with 20 year labor and materials warranty.
