| Description | The Work shall consist of installation of a new PVC thermoplastic roof system (including new roof insulation and recovery board) to meet IECC Energy Code requirements for Building 1788. Removal of the existing roof system will be required. Removal of the existing gravel cover will be required. And based on condition of the existing structural roof framing and roof deck, these structural components may require repair or replacement as described in the Contract Documents. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work will be required as described in the Drawings. |
