Taxes: This project is NOT tax exempt, all applicable taxes are required Bid Form: The bid form that follows this page must be the cover page to your submitted bid, any backup or your standard bid form can be attached to it. All bids must be totaled. Per unit pricing, etc. will not be accepted. M/WBE: MBE & WBE subcontractors are encouraged to bid, M/WBE subcontractor bids will be factored heavily. Plans: Paper Plans will not be individually provided for bid or construction; we will send out a bid link through drop box with all of the bid documents.
