Pool Resurfacing

Scope of Work: To re-plaster the competition pool at 202 Baldwin drive Tifton Ga. 31793 During the period of 2-5-2022 to 4-29-2022 To be drained by others. Startup procedures to be performed by others, Cut out white plastic beauty strip between monolithic deck and waterline tile. Remove and replace waterline above steps. Apply a taped and tooled polyurethane between new tile and existing monolithic deck. Odyssey 6x6. Remove and replace 12” band of black and blue 2x2 non-skid racing lane tiles, wall targets, and 4” band 2x2 black non-skid tiles at depth break. Clean existing plaster surface to remove any stain or scale that may interfere with bonding agent. Sound out existing plaster. Beat up and remove loose plaster, up to 100 sq. ft. at n/c. * Apply a Membrane C, a waterproofing material in rebar rust areas. Supply and install (3) 12”x12” VGB compliant main drain frame and grates, for main drains. Apply a bond coat, to ensure that new plaster will adhere to existing plaster. Supply and set 2” band of blue non-skid tile trim on steps. Apply approx. 3/8” to ½” average, ‘Sky Blue’ quartz plaster, troweled to a hard, smooth finish, expose quartz aggregate. Remove loose plaster over 100 sq. foot per layer (K) Other items needed
