Eastside Sanitary Sewer Basin Improvements

Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Covington, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, and equipment, necessary to rehabilitate the existing Eastside Lift Station, install approx. 27,000 linear feet of 42", 30", and 24" gravity sewer main, and abandon the existing Bridgestone Lift Station, including, but not limited to, temporary bypass pumping, removing existing pumping equipment and appurtenances, abrasive blasting the existing wet well, new inline pumps, manual bar screen, ductile iron piping and valves, generator, electrical, mechanical, SCADA system, manholes, jacking and boring, roadway replacement, earthwork, grassing, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, and appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation. Some materials will be provided by the owner and the list of materials will be provided. No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law.
