The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, personnel and equipment necessary to provide and install the furniture as requested below. The Contractor shall not connect all whip circuits to one building circuit. Base Civil Engineering squadron will not provide any support for electrical hook up. The contractor shall provide a licensed electrician in order to hook up the furniture to provide power to panels.
