| Description | The Project consists of all labor, equipment and work for construction of approximately 52,360 SY of slurry seal on streets within the city limits. This project is subject to all required construction testing in accordance with the construction plans and City of Boerne specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required. City of Boerne reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. The deadline for questions is 2:00 PM local time on August 4, 2022. Answers to all written questions received prior to the deadline will be posted with this Bid on August 5, 2022. All technical questions shall be emailed to DevServices@boerne-tx.gov. |
