HVAC Cleveland Coast Guard

MSU Cleveland Harbor is the senior tenant command of the Cleveland Moorings, which is a LEED Gold Facility (Leadership in energy environmental design), that was built in 2012/13. The current system is an LG second generation learning/artificial intelligence system that heats/cools based upon a variety of historical and current environmental factors. Coast Guard personnel are not able to maintain or repair this system due to the training/certification needed with regards to the technology in place. The system is currently being serviced under a contract with identical requirements as this. All repairs required by current servicing companies audit have been completed leaving the system as close to a purely preventative maintenance point as possible. Station Small Lorain – HVAC system is boiler type for heat configuration of remainder of system is unknown at this time.
