SAC Park Renovation

The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to the following items: a. Renovation of the entire park facility, inclusive of (3) playing fields (soccer & football fields), (1) baseball field, and (2) softball fields. Renovation shall consist of re-sodding and drainage improvements, as well as new landscaping and installation of new walking paths. b. Remove existing basketball court area at Southeast area of park to accommodate new parking area expansion. c. Remove two (2) existing youth baseball/softball fields and components (i.e. scorer towers, fencing, walkways, etc.) at Southwest area of park in order to construct a new ± 15,000 SF multi-purpose building along with a new drop-off plaza, and five (5) new “metal covered” basketball courts. d. Remove and replace existing playground equipment/play surface, including new shade structure in addition to renovating the existing adjacent community center “B” with restrooms (± 4,300 SF). e. Renovate the existing park storage building “C”. f. Resurface and re-equip the three (3) existing tennis courts and two (2) racquetball courts including renovating its restroom/storage building “A” (± 1,500 SF). g. Construction of a new concession stand/scorer building at newly renovated playing fields (soccer & football fields). h. Repaint two (2) existing scorer towers at the North baseball/softball fields. i. Renovate the existing restroom/storage building “D” at the North baseball/softball fields. j. Provide new field path lighting and security (call stations/AED boxes) throughout park. k. New signage, drainage and infrastructure for the park. l. New camera and security upgrades throughout the park. m. New site lighting throughout the park. n. Fencing and gates.
