Removal of one existing 5'X15' network vault cover. Vault #452 consists of two cement doors and equipped with two ventilation grates, support beams, frame assembly, set in concrete and located in sidewalks. Installation of two 5'X15' galvanized steel vault tops set in concrete. Vault# 452 is on the corner of Suffolk St. & Maple St., near 61-69 Suffolk St. building in Holyoke, MA
