| Description | Project includes: replacing fascia board as needed, painting exterior surfaces, leveling floor in multiple locations (restroom, supervisor office and other areas) as required. This project will also replace hallway shelves, repaint all interior walls, caulk & repaint ceiling, replace roofing system and replace/refinish flooring as needed. Insulating walls in the supervisor office and redesigning office/work areas for better space utilization will also be included in this work. The building electrical system will be upgraded to include additional outlets. The HVAC will also be replaced. The building shall be usable and complete when repairs are finished. |
