Sewer and Drainage System Improvement Contract VI

City of Lawrence, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Sewer and Drainage System Improvements Contract VI, Alternate 1 – Groton Street, Alternate 2 – Farley Street, and Alternate 3 – State Street. Sewer and Drainage System Improvements Contract VI includes, but is not limited to, replacement, and rehabilitation of the City’s existing sewer and drainage collection system, including lining of 2,700 linear feet of sewer main and replacement of 1,750 linear feet of sewer and drainage main to address structural pipe failures and reduce infiltration and inflow sources to the collection system; rehabilitation of 60 vertical feet of sewer manholes, rebuilding 15 manhole benches and inverts, installation or replacement of approximately 20 manholes and catch basins, and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
