The Project Being Situated as Follows: on State Route 1012 From Segment 0010/offset 0000 to Segment 0010/offset 0077 and on Township Road T-817 From Station 593+00 to Station 598+00 for a Total Construction Length of Approximately 491 Feet (.093 Miles) for the Removal of the Existing Two-span Steel I-beam Bridge and Construction of Its Replacement Two-span Composite Adjacent Box Beam Bridge. Construction Includes Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the Base, Binder, and Wearing Courses, Drainage Items, Concrete Curb, Waterline Relocation, Sewer Line Relocation, Guide Rail, Pavement Markings and Miscellaneous Construction as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package.
