Standby Generator Preventative Maintenance and Repair

The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all GLWA standby generators listed in Enclosure 1. This preventative maintenance work will be paid and bid as unit price items. 2. Preventive Maintenance Services for GLWA generators shall include but is not limited to semi-annual maintenance, operational testing, annual maintenance, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and switchgear maintenance and load bank testing. The details of these maintenance procedures are listed in the Standby Generator PM Specification. 3. Preventative maintenance shall include all related equipment necessary to provide back-up power to the facility, as described in the specifications. 4. As needed, perform routine part and consumable replacement and repair for parts as identified in the specifications. 5. Perform troubleshooting when requested by GLWA. 6. Be available to perform emergency work within a mutually agreed upon response time window. 7. Routine part replacement, troubleshooting and emergency work will be paid via allowance, using rates as bid.
