| Description | A pre-bid site meeting will not be held due to the inability to gather as a large group with the COVID-19 pandemic. Pre-bid videos have been prepared that provide 1) an introduction to the project, 2) photographic tour of the site, and 3) an overview of the construction plans that describes the construction plan highlights.
