Description

1. Exhibits of the Airline Terminal Building, U.S. Customs Building, Air Traffic Control Tower/Tracon Facility, Parking Operator Facility, Taxi Facility, Air Cargo Road Facilities, Receiving Warehouses, Field Maintenance, Vehicle Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Parking Structure, Surface Lots, Government Offices and Tenant Spaces are attached (Refer to attached Exhibit E). The Scope of Work Specification shall be utilized in all work areas. Exceptions if any shall be noted in Specifications. 2. The work covered in these Specifications consists of, including, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies, and cleaning procedures that require complete removal of all soil, dirt, dust and foreign matter within assigned areas, in performance of all operations to provide complete Janitorial Services, including, but not limited to, all items listed, at the frequency specified, all in strict compliance with the Specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. It is the intent of the contract that all work, and the results thereof, must be satisfactory and meet the approval of the Airport Representative at all times. 3. Janitorial duties to be performed shall be of the highest quality and shall be consistent throughout the term of the contract. The duties to be performed shall be of the type and frequency as shown in the specification of the contract. 4. The Contractor shall be required to replace the services of any employee whose conduct the Airport Representative deems to be detrimental and is not for the best interest of the Airport. Employee’s conduct must be satisfactory and meet the approval of and is at the sole discretion of the Airport Representative. 5. The services required listed within this contract shall be performed in all designated areas twentyfour (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty five (365) days per year, including holidays, unless stated 1.
