Description

The work consists of providing complete operation, maintenance and management services for the Southbridge Water System which consists of five surface water reservoirs, one filtration plant, six pumping stations, four water storage tanks and approximately 100 miles of water main. The water system serves a population of approximately 15,500 plus a portion of the town of Charlton. The water treatment plant is located at 511 Breakneck Road, Southbridge, MA. The distribution and support staff are based at the DPW Facility at 185 Guelphwood Road, Southbridge, MA.
