Remove and salvage the existing kitchen cabinets and appliances, demolish portions of the existing concrete flooring for access to below-slab soil and evaluate extent of soil disruption. Determination of the slab replacement, soil backfill or piping repair will be determined after below grade conditions have been inspected.
