Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions may be faxed or e-mailed. Questions will not be taken by phone. Construct approx. 1,350 SY of 4" Concrete Sidewalk (typ 5' wide) 2. Construct approx. 9 NCDOT Handicap Ramps 3. Construct approx. 250 LF of 2'-6" Concrete Curb & Gutter Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract.
