Phase I OEM & DPW Facilities

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the construction of a new two-story 17,792 square foot building with a footprint of 8,896 square feet. Construction will consist of (but not be limited to) site work, concrete, masonry, wood framing, miscellaneous steel, sheathing, siding, insulation, moisture protection, roofing, doors/windows, finishes, equipment, elevator, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and safety.
