| Description | The North Kansas City School District will be accepting sealed bids for roof replacement at Topping Elementary, Golden Oaks Education Center, and New Mark Middle. The roof replacement project at Topping Elementary consists of the removal of the existing roof system (+/- 17,642 square feet) to the roof deck, providing specified roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, and sheet metal work. The roof replacement project at Golden Oaks Education Center consists of the removal of the existing low slope roof system (+/- 23,903 square feet) to the roof deck, providing specified roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, and sheet metal work and the removal of the steep slope roof system (+/- 2,677 square feet) to the roof deck, providing specified insulation, and standing seam metal panel roof system. The roof replacement project at New Mark Middle consists of the removal of the existing roof system (+/- 13,530 square feet) to the roof deck, providing specified roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, and sheet metal work. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
