Description

The work encompassed under this Contract is that of providing all regular daily, weekly, monthly and other scheduled working weekday shift janitorial services as specified, five (5) days each calendar week each contract year (each and every working weekday, Monday through Friday) at the Westchester County District Office Building located at 100 East First Street, Mount Vernon, New York. Approximate square footage by floor, 1 through 10- 9,150 sq. ft. per floor, Mezzanine- 4,576 sq.ft. and Basement- 9000 sq. ft. for a buildiing total of 105,076 square feet.
