Installation of extension of sewer service, water service and electrical from the City of Fife Public Works driveway to the City of Fife Public Works laydown yard, installation of 395 feet of chain link fence, driveway luminaire, site grading, concrete building foundations and building utilities connections. All work shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents, City of Fife Standards, and WSDOT 2022 Standard Specifications. Pierce County prevailing wage requirements are in effect.
