Description

SBA 8a Requirement: Building 101 Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Construction Services: Contractor shall supply all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to modernize, renovate, repair and enhance the NIST Building 101 Complex. - Equipment Storage & Fencing: Option: Prior to the start of construction activities, relocate the existing cafeteria furniture (consisting of tables, chairs, benches, planters) from the cafeteria to storage containers. Provide insulated, weathertight storage containers for storage of existing cafeteria furniture (storage containers to be located on site at a location to be determined by NIST). Anticipated storage area required is approximately 1500 square feet. Provide temporary 8-ft high chain link fencing around the full perimeter of the storage containers area. Fencing is required to have solid dark green or brown privacy slats to conceal the storage containers from view. Upon completion of construction activities, relocate the existing cafeteria furniture from the storage containers back to the cafeteria and remove the fencing and storage containers from the site.
